Which rods?

I'm in the process of putting together my 6.0. I already purchased wiseco pistons so I'm good there. I am just not sure what rods I should should buy I have two in mind, but I am also on a limited budget so I can't afford a set of callies or one of those companies. These are the two rods I have in mind.

Eagle

Scat

Definitely scat. I've never been a big fan of eagle.

IMO, save for better rods.

Whats your power and rpm level? Naturally aspirated? Either should work fine on a street motor budget build. I would get some ARP 2000 bolts with them.

Callies Compstar rods come with the ARP 2000 bolts. I would suggest saving for the better rods unless you are doing a mild build.

I plan to go no higher than 500hp, obviously not with the top end i'll be using but later on and its gonna be a n/a motor

Stock rods with ARP 2000 bolts can handle 500 hp. I have Eagle H-beam in my 383.

I had Eagle h beams in my budget 383 w/around 550hp and they were still good after 1000 passes and a giant hole in the block! I have a forged Eagle assembly in my new engine as well, hopefully its as reliable as the 383 was! I never used Scat so I cant give you any info on them.
