Hello

I joined to come poke around. Looking for a mid 80's to 2002 Camaro. Auto, no t-tops, stock(or cvery close), and 350 engine. Just want a car to drive and have fun with. I need to find out some more details and i'll look around the site. Thanks for having the site!

I like them but i don't want a car with them. It's amazing how hard it is to find one without t-tops. The car i looked at the other day was b4c police package car or something. I could have cared less, i just want a clean Camaro that meets my criteria.

iv always had the opposite problem. i want a ttop car and every one i seem to end up with is a hardtop.

i love my t-tops....i've had hard top cars and even a vert and i gotta tell you the chassis stiffness is not compromised with t-tops....but if you want a hard top then good luck

yeah, i've had a ttop and a hard top (at the same time haha) i dont notice any difference in the flex of the cars, but once in a while the coupe was nice to have and not be surrounded by glass. Although most of the times in the 79 they were off anyway =] Happy hunting.

I found a 93 and a 98 that i like . Both have t tops but i may be willing to pass on that requirement. A lot of people are telling me to go 98 or newer because it's a much better car.

stay away from 93....too many one year only specific stuff....the 98's are good, the down side is the ECM isn't as tuneable as 99 and up

Thanks for the replies. As i stands, i am trying to buy a 2002 from Canada. It's very clean and low mileage . Has everything i want. I guess the only difference is the dash from one built in The US. Hopefully it all works out.
