stall at idle

so i've been trying to tune my camaro with hp tuners and i've just about got it there yet i have one reoccurring problem. when i come to a stop or slow to make a turn my rpms dip way below 800, like down to 300 she goes rich to 12:1 and likes to stall. usually it'll fluctuate and eventually smooth out but its getting really damn annoying. i'll go rich on a big decel (10:1) dunno if thats normal or not. also i can coast at idle with no problem but when i come to finally stop it starts bogging down.. anyone else have an issue like this? i'll idle fine when i start the car and idle's fine once it straightens out.
