Update on Z28

I Just washed and waxed her took a long time..... And did what i have been wanting to do for a long time. I took the front plate holder off. Damn GM having to screw it into the grill. I plane on painting it this winter so it might look bad.

Get rid of the #3, and it would be fantastic.

It really does need paint and a little body work. Some rust in the norm spots. And a big patch of paint missing on the passenger side door.

That's why i took the photo on the driver side.

ahh thats not bad... i had one spot start like that on my teal 92 RS... use some touch up paint on it so it seals up the edges for now and doesnt continue to spread and flake off

Well its a pretty good size patch. I was thinking of getting a spray can with automotive paint and a can of clear but i'm not sure if that would work. And how it would look.

maroman88 11-03-2011 11:30 PM

well it wont look the best... but would help it from getting any worse before u can have it fixed for real.... plus a slightly off shade of white is less noticable then a gray blob lol

Z28 Heritage 11-04-2011 07:48 AM

Yea your 100% right. maybe i'll go ahead and sand the little rust spots to.
