headlight aiming

Ok so I know this is probably a dumb question, but google is sucking right now.

Does anyone have a link to a headlight aiming chart with the distance measurements on it.

I know recomended distance from wall should be 25ft, but how high off the ground should the beam be on the wall. and of course low vs. high beam.

i just bought the car bout 3mts ago and i guess my dad tried to aim the lights b4, but idk where he learned to do that but he sux. haha. when im sitting behind a car at a stoplight i cant even see the reflection on my lights on there bumper, so u can imagine wat its like goin down a dark road.

Please any links or info would help cuz i have no patience to scroll through pages of google til i find the correct one
