Seat belt + Harness on Stock Mounts?

The previous owner used the OE T-47 torx bolt near the center console for one of the 5pt harnesses and I'd like to install a stock seat belt for normal driving.
Is there a way to get an adapter or longer bolt so that I can use a normal lap belt bolted there too? The stock driver shoulder mount is still accessible (barely) behind the harness bar so I'm ok there. I'll try to take a couple of pics of what I'm dealing with after work today, but I'm open to suggestions...

take out bolt, measure thread size, and buy longer bolt. Grade 8 or such. 12.9 if metric

This with a washer or spacer probably, just to help them rotate.

Stock bolt has a shoulder. I would just use the stock bolt with the stock belt and when you want to go racecar, swap the seat belt for the harness. Make sure your belt has uninhibited travel, no drag from the harness or routing etc.

Good idea. I'd have plenty of time to swap the lap belt for the harness before my auto-x runs. Thanks.
