I know the South NJ Pontiac car club is hosting a car show at the silver diner in Cherry Hill NJ on Labor day.. Usually get around 200 cars for it.. They are giving out 80 trophys and awards..

Lead East in Parsippany is one of the biggest eastcoast rod shows...doesn't cater to new cars but worth the visit...always a good time.

With returning from the Trans Am nats in OH and last nights Lead East pre party, I am sorta car'ed out. Doesn't mean I wont attend any car related events, just looking for other themed ones.

The new Casino in AC is having a big Labor day beach party all weekend with fireworks every night.

There are some boat races in the Barnegat (Jersey Outlaws) and Beach Haven (East Coast Boat Racing) areas on Sunday.

Lime Rock Historic races and show (racing Saturday and Monday, Show Sunday). The show is sort of a mock concours. Have everything from 1920s Mercedes to brand new supercars lined around the track so you walk the track looking at everything. And as usual Chatterbox Cruise Night Saturday. I may be heading to Lead East tomorrow, not sure if I'll make the Chatterbox. If you're done with cars, I'd go to the boat events, that looks like fun.
