So long story short i run a business with my mother. I need to hire about five people to keep up with customer demand and then hire even more to keep up with my latest projections. I would much rather hire people from NJFBOA then somewhere else. if you are interested send me an email

Brief job description:
You would be cleaning residential and office properties with which i have contractual obligations. The scheduling will vary depending on what needs to be done that particular day but i have a driver who would drop you of at the location and then pick you up upon completion. In the beginning you will be working with somebody who has experience and they will be responsible for training you.

Compensation
During training the pay is $10 an hour. Once training is completed i will offer you a pay rate which will be anywhere from $10-$18 an hour. The pay rate i offer is dependent on how proficient you are. Note that this is not fixed forever. Improvement merits a raise and i value good workers and dont mind giving raises. Raises some times are retroactive if the situation merits it. However i also reserve the right to cut pay if performance becomes poor consistently. I never do retroactive cuts. Cuts at all are very rare and i prefer to give prior warning if performance is beginning to suffer. Bonuses are also given for outstanding performance.

Flexible schedule: part or full time
I have work to be done 7 days a week. You do not have to work 7 days a week, you can work one day a week or if you want i can give you seven. Business hours are from 7am-10pm, let me know what hours you can work and i will schedule you accordingly.

Requirements
Absolutely no criminal records are tolerated. I do not care if you have speeding tickets or even if you lost your license. But i need to know that i can trust you in peoples homes. This is the most important thing

Secondly i cannot tolerate no call/no shows. I do the schedule according to how many people are available to work. If somebody is supposed to show, even if only for an hour and they don't, i usually end up having to reschedule the whole day and i have to contact customers and everybody else that is relevant. If you need a day of just tell me two days in advance and you can have it no questions asked. I just need to know in advance. If there is an emergency the day of i understand but please make the effort to notify me as soon as is safely possible.
