F/S Guitar in like new condition/ perfect for a starter! - SOLD

This is for a guitar that my daughter had in college. I think she played it about 12 times (no kidding). It comes with a black carrying case. It is not a fancy high-end model, but would be perfect for a beginner. It looks brand new and I am asking $40.00 or Best Offer.
