Me Driving a Formula SAE Car

Went up to The Canadian Tire and Motorsports track with my formula SAE team this past weekend. The temperature was in the low to mid 30's and we were on fresh non scrubbed tires so we really couldn't push the car. Here's a video of my first run (starts at 4:16).

Here's a picture of the track:

sounds like it needs some engine tuning. high idle & breaking up? This is the previous year's car or your you reworking it for this year instead of starting from scratch?

It was idling higher than normal that day, not sure exactly why. And this was the last event for this years car. We build a car during the winter and it runs events from May-October. We may be taking it down to an autocross in AC this weekend though.

I don't know them but it was probably the 2005 car. I know some alumni keep that running and bring it out every once in a while.
