new project!
 
hey guys as some of you know i moved down here to North Carolina mid august. well after some time i finally got my hands on my next project!

Here are some pics. Enjoy!

loan was approved closing is november 15th!

3 bedroom 2 bath. on 4 acres of land with a big 2 car garage w/ finished walls!

Congrats! Ill admit it, I scrolled down quick just to see garage pics, lol.



So... now if I buy cars in NC, I can rent parking from you till I get to drive down to pick them up? hehe

I can't figure out to upload pics from my phone to njfboa. Might have to wait till I get somewhere I have wifi at since my condo doesn't have wireless lol

Good luck with it but damn. I need to get out of state! We just bought a 1 bedroom apartment/condo(?) for 50k in a so good area.

Ok as requested here is a pic of garage. Since its a fresh start for me I'll prob paint the walls. I'll also do a nice floor coating also along with a new top for work area. (pic was off realtor site. I'll post more once I close on the house early November)

Thanks! Yea house and garage were completely updated within the past 3 years. I have a little work to do on the house but for the price I'm not complaining one bit.
