Took a drive thru today, i actually got out and walked close to where the boardwalk used to be.. so sad to see it in person. Rumors there are it should be up and running by MDW.

Pretty sure the rummors true, people that own the boardwalk own point pleasant and i think lbi also

Really? Thatd be awesome.. it looks like great progress is being made.. beachcomber is also open and.allows you onto the top.floor to check everything out.

These aren't private towns, no "people" own them. What are you talking about? Aside from the fact that LBI businesses are not associated with anywhere else.

jenkinsons boardwalk in point pleasant beach is privately owned by the storino family. all beaches except for one in point pleasant beach if i remember correctly are privately owned also. that 8$ for a beach badge does not go to the town lol. last i heard the storino's own a tiny portion of property in seaside heights and are trying to get more business down in seaside heights after that huge midnight closing fiasco happened with the point pleasant beach council.

LBI has no boardwalk and believe the beaches are not owned by one single person. Thus my confusion.
