New from Mt holly

I'm active duty air force and drive a white 93 v6 camaro. Shes my first non-suv and I don't mind that she's not the fastest. I've had the car for several years now but have only recently gotten into modifying her appearance. I think it's great that there's a group of Fbody lovers in the area and will hopefully make it out to a few meets. I will add that I don't really know a lot about working on cars but I'm trying to learn!

Welcome

Thanks for all the warm welcomes and it's my pleasure to serve.

A lot of it seems like restoration or making the car more to how I think it should be. Less than 6 months ago I had the car repainted. I changed almost all of the interior pieces from gray/yellow to black/white, had a high flow oil pump installed, replaced my old shifter knob and upper dash pad. I HVT night shaded my tail lights. I had alpine speakers installed to replace two blown front ones and have had a tire pressure monitoring system installed. I also switched my interior lights (except for the gauge display) and my tail lights to LEDs. Also my nose and bumper emblems are black stainless steel.

Next I'm going to get C5 rims from oewheels and change my exhaust. I hate the current look of my tail pipe with a passion but haven't decided if I want to dump it or get tips.

Welcome. Before you buy c5 wheels new, check the local forums esp corvette forums...people get rid of them on the cheap at those places.

Saw your car yesterday parked where a few of my co-workers live. Pretty clean car man. 8-)

Thanks. I think she could still use a lot of work though but i suppose a lot of people here feel that way about their cars.
