Who wants to go racing?

I was testing with the Jersey Outlaws on Saturday and I think I'm going to try running a few races with them this year at Parkertown. The first race is June 30th at Parkertown. The boat is a handfull trying take left turns at speed with the left hand rotation (it really wants to make right hand turns) but it's fun and I think there will be 10-12 + skiff out racing this year.

Copilot! You going to the OPA races in AC this Sunday?

There's more of that in the air than in the water. Is it a boat, or a low-flying plane?

I'm running way behind on yard work, house work, truck work, boats both need some work and I keep getting stuck at work! So I doubt I'll have a chance to get to AC this weekend.

I can't hot link the picture but hopefully the link works. I went down yesterday and ran 2 races. The wind picked up and it got kind of choppy which made for a real interesting couple of races.

7-14 Outlaws race

7-14 Outlaws race2

7-14 Outlaws race3 (not me)

The co-pilot had a go-pro on his helmet, I watched the video last night. You can't tell how rough it was in the video but you can definitely hear it pounding the whole time.

Cool pics Jeff! Parkertown cove is right out our creek. Unfortunately Sandy prevented us from using the house this summer, hoping for a better 2014...
