Clunking coming from the right rear

HI all. this just started within the last hour or so. When i accelerate I hear a loud clunking noise coming from what seems to be the right rear. It gets faster, and slower according to how fast the car is going. it almost sounds as if i was running on a flat tire. I started out not too loud, so i decide to take it home, and as i was driving it was getting louder and louder. I tok a quick look under and couldn't see a thing. Im going to check it good tomorrow. could it be the rear? a u-joint?
its on 01 z28

Gotta get it in the air and do an inspection. Turn the wheels, check for play, etc.

That's what I'm going to do. Check the wheel bearings and what not

Blown rear is the culprit... Missing teeth from the ring....
