two way radio recommendations its winter time and ive been day dreaming about cruising in the spring.. two way radios would make communication alot easier than using a cell phone. im sure someone has used some. basically i am looking for some radios with decent range and around the 50 dollar range for a pair, we will need 4 total. looking around seems like there are alot of duds and ones that just down right suck, what are your personal experiences with these and what do you recommend? |

why not just use the radio/walkie talkie app for cell phones ? has a hell of alot better range then a basic 2 way walkie talkie radio, strangers can't chime into your convo and it saves minutes on your cell phone. |

these apps work like push to talk? the ones i have seen are like voice messages that are sent almost like a text via an app that eats your battery. |

Hey now wait just a minute. I have a CB, and I have no mullet. Now, said CB hasn't been installed in a couple of years, but still... |
It was a joke haha. If i had a 3rd gen id have a cb in that biznotch. Doesnt fit well in a 4th gen |
 3rd? I'd put one in a late 70s 2nd gen. |
