LS1 F-body Value

I'm in the market for a F-body and from what it seems, LS1 f-bodies have plateaued in price. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm having trouble finding a 99+ car in decent shape with about 100k for under 6k. The newest f-body is going on 13 years old, am I the only one that thinks these prices are high?

Found a 355 in a 93 but the guy still wants 6k for it and it's a hardtop.

they peak in prices right around this point in the year because its mid summer and everyone wants a fun car...they tend to drop in price again towards the winter when people realize their fun car no longer is fun in the weather :D

also matt they're*
