1950 DeSoto wrecked by driver asleep at the wheel on 31 South in Clinton... http://www.nj.com/hunterdon-county-d...50_desoto.html http://imgick.nj.com/home/njo-media/...16a5b4e3a9.jpg IDK about you, but if I were a shop owner, I wouldn't park a vintage car on the side of the road especially on Route 31. :( |

I can't believe she is ok. That pos minivan probably didn't have bags, and if it did, I doubt they deployed. She had to be going at least 40mph+ on impact. Very heavy damage to a car that was not engineered to crumple. |

Im pretty sure those cars had Suicide Doors so the damage to the side might be a little bit more extreme looking considering the fact. :D |

poor car. they didn't have suicide doors. you can tell that by looking at the location of the handle on the back door. |

What a pretty car. I'm glad she was alright, though. |

Shame. It was a pretty car. |

The mini van didn't have air bags or they didn't deploy. Heck of an accident. I didn't read the article but I did see surveillance video from the body shop. People have been there daily taking pics! One positive is that it's been good for the body shops business. |
