Anybody have a good trailer to rent?

I'm taking a mental break from a family med emergency and making plans to get my Bird re-tuned. I've spoken with the tuning shop and have a date set for Saturday, March 21st.

I was planning to rent a tilt bed trailer from Hecht located in Lakewood however they are no longer renting them (people too hard on them). The next closest place is 45 min north or well over an hour south. U-haul auto transports are garbage and I won't use them again.

Does anyone have or would be willing to rent a trailer to get my bird to the tuner and back to my house? I assume this would be about 120 miles not including picking up and dropping off the trailer. My appt is for the AM on the 21st so it would be ideal to grab the trailer on Friday to get the car loaded before the big day.

I know this is an odd request but I'm just trying to feel out any other available options.

If mine was in better shape I'd offer it to you but it needs tires and one brake locks up at over 40% braking. I don't mind using it to tow parts cars but id be worried with your car on it lol.

Thanks Paul. I have enough anxiety with it so I agree with your suggestion lol.

Same here. If I get to its spring tune up in time you're welcome to it, but the baby will be here between now and the weekend you need it so I doubt I'll be much help

Thanks for the thought. Sounds like it's not ideal within the timeframe. Congrats ahead of time!

Any idea what they would charge?

Guys this is a thread regarding the use of a trailer. Not the benefits or negatives of a particular shop.

Further. The shop isn't a sponsor, so yeah back to trailers
