Semi well known turbo LT1 bird was parted out. The turbo kit is up for sale but in raffle format. People who WANT to be in on the raffle ($35/ticket) can tell the owner how many they PLAN on purchasing. Once he gets to 75 tickets, he will start collecting money.

Interesting.....would def collect money up front and return if it falls through.

Well yeah, if he asks the money via paypal "gift", then f*k no. He is from what I can tell, a well known guy in the LTx community, so it may be legit.
