Need an AXLE BUMP STOP for my 1994 Trans Am
1 Attachment(s)
I was just checking my new toy out, pulled the L.S. rear wheel off and saw this. What really floored me was the price ($70.00 apiece from GM). I got a price from NAPA for $48.00 each. Anybody had to replace these and what did they run you? Thanks for any help.

Are you looking for a direct OEM part matching kinda thing?
|
Umi sells them for like 70 for both, can always cut the lip off the body and run jeep cherokee ones that are 20 bucks or so

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ens-9-9137g take a angle grinder with a cutoff wheel and trim the lip. spray paint the exposed edge. The price has gone up. I paid 17.95 back in 2013 for those. |

Give Eric a call. He is on thirdgen.org and has several sets of the HARD RUBBER design. I bought a set from him (he lives in Jackson, NJ) and they are a perfect fit. His number is 732-616-8794. He has 2 garages filled with 3rd Gen stuff and his prices are really fair.

What did you do with the 91 Formula?

I ran mine to far worse of a condition than those and then did the poly Jeep set since nothing rubber was available. I just picked up a set of the UMI ones this week.
