I think I'm in trouble

I am trying to re-finance and someone sent me this saying I owe Camden County money, but it's definitely not me, so I started searching online and I found this

I think you've been cloned. There is you, Polar Bears. The working man. Then there is the cop, Kodiak Bears. The good guy. Then you have the crook, Grizzly Bears. The bad guy. I just wonder how Kodiak and Grizzly feel about rims/wheels and Central/South Jersey?
