I have the space. Just not the money.

If only I could sell my POS for a decent amount, then pay off the remaining loan and get a new loan for this...I could be just like one of the guys...

Congrats Joey! See, what did I tell you - you've been trying to sell that thing for months, and you throw it in our classifieds section, and boom - SOLD! (I saying it was good luck from being here)

why would you want to be one of the guys? what kind of POS are we talking? and stop thinking about the loans. pay off what you have (take it to term) before you start thinking about getting a new one... people tend to get in way over their heads doing stuff like this. i'm not saying you would, but sometimes the lure of a new car every three to four years is too much temptation and once you start rolling current debt into the new loan is when you get in trouble.

hyundai elantra...so you can somewhat understand where hes comin from

jims69camaro 08-17-2004 07:16 PM

now worries there, then. those things aren't worth anything, so you can't trade them in and they don't sell privately. crisis averted.

oops my bad  sorry bout that

ShitOnWheels 08-18-2004 11:57 AM

Lol. I have no choice but to take my car to term since I can't get anything for it. I owe $1200 more than it's worth. I can't even trade it in and get a good deal. But it definately would be nice to get something decent lol.

And I was being sarcastic about being just like one of the guys.
