I've been checking the V1 radar detector site for months to buy one for my Avenger and they are still out of stock. I've always sworn by V1 but cannot buy what isn't available. Any one have any experiences with other brands?

You can find complete V1 units on ebay if you're desperate

or you can just go with a passport unit. Seems to be the most popular among douchey audi drivers.

Love my v1. Turned off k band and expect random laser alerts from volvos or similar laser utilizing manufacturers. I'd grab one used without hesitation.
