to ease your mind i wrecked the Z a couple of months ago so i promise the gtp isnt gonna do much damage ;)

damn, sorry to hear. She had power. My 2000 Z had a lexus and bambi under her belt before she fell apart. Deer and 65mph don't jive.

i may make an appearance if im not at my 2nd job....

****in **** man i got a meeting for work that starts at 6pm :( so im not gonna be able to make it.

I'll be in NYC all day and into the evening. Tradeshow at MSG starting at 7:30am then the typical power dinner with whomever is willing to listen to my sales dribble. If MSG is a complete waste of time, I might be at Fudd's, however I doubt it.

I'll be there if the weather is dry. I'm still running my squealy, dusty brake pads so no laughing at the squeaky old silver 3rd gen.

Now that's how a thirdgen should look! Glad that I won't be the only one there tomorrow with our body style.

It's got tire turds all over it from this season, new paint chips on the nose and whatnot, brake dust all over everything, but the LS1 drivetrain survived intact so I'm happy.

I really pounded the snot out of it this year...5 road course events spanning a total of 7 full days. Pocono, Indy Raceway Park, Pocono, Pocono, Pocono, and oh yeah another Pocono. 30min per session, four sessions per day, WOT everywhere but the corners.

now kevin, why are you gonna show up when im not comin? Are you embarrassed of me or something? :) nice to see you made it over to the site.

I should be there around 6:30 or so tonight.

Just went to Mufflex this morning to diagnose an exhaust buzzing noise, it turned out to be a loose weld on the steel "Mufflex" plate they welded to the back of the muffler. I got the muffler hot enough to burn off the black high-temp Rustoleum, so I guess there was enough thermal expansion to punish the welds.

Darn thing was vibrating and creating a surprisingly-loud hissing/buzzing noise...which is now gone. Denny stitched it back on, no more noise, I'm a happy camper.

I might be going to Atco.

Kinda.....I ignored their e-mail banter for 3 days, and they decided to cancel the collaboration meeting since we didn't have anything to collaborate.

And yea, you gotta get back up here some weekend.....slacker.

bah, I'm not the one slackin...doesn't help when you guys go to the track every weekend and I have no desire to go. I'll drop by sometime, I promise :) And unless this date works out and we plan another one I may be around on the 20th...I really wanna go to Dave and Buster's that night for the hell of it (because I can and I"m not babysitting)...
