best one i've heard yet:
A man went to Cuba on vacation. He brought back some expensive Cuban cigars. He bought 19 of them, and had them all insured upon his arrival in the U.S. Over time, he smoked all 19 cigars. He then filed a claim with the insurance company, saying the cigars had been lost in "a series of small fires". The insurance company, knowing he had smoked the cigars, denied his claim. He sued the company. In court, the judge awarded the man $19,000, the amount the cigars were insured for. As the man was leaving the courthouse, he was arrested. The insurance company was pressing charges, 19 counts of arson. The man was found guilty, and received a $25,000 fine and 3 years in jail.
