so a bathtub fell on my car

i came home last weekend from school and i come in the back door and my dad was sitting there..he had that look on his face that i have when i have to tell him something i dont want to...like i just got a ticket or i hit your truck trying to back my car in the driveway..

so he sits me down and said a plumber was working in an apartment right above the garage where i keep my car... he was changing the old cast iron bath tub and fixing a leak... the problem was when he was breaking up the bath tub with a sledge hammer he never check the garage below.. to see if a car was there or if sheet rock that should have been on the ceiling didnt rot away.... well the plumber was hammering away and sent a few 8 or 10 inch square peices of cast iron tub plummiting right on my hood... i had a car cover so i guess i luck out the only damage i found was a scratch on the top of the drivers side fender...nothing too major... the plumber knows he did it and has no problem taking car of it..

i thought my car would be safe in a garage..
