Off to the Rolex 24 at Daytona
 

i am all packed adn jsut waiting for my bro to get here so we can leave for daytona to see the 24 hour race. little g, my bro(WRXDriver), and i will get there around noon tomorrow.
looks like a good portion of teh race could be in teh rain. this will make things interesting to say the least. nothing beats the look on a drivers face when he wraps up a half million dollar car :)
my bro and i went a few years ago. learned a lot. little things like how burning carbon fiber smells(it is totally disgusting) and how good drivers are at cleaning teh windshield while the crew scramblkes like mad to fix teh car they jsut wrecked. lol
the technology is amazing to say the least. i hope to come home with a few hundred pics.

oh well, i jsut heard by bro come through teh door. time to get everything into teh car and pick up craig. if teh hotel has the web service that it claims on teh web site i will be back on sometime tomorrow afternoon.

we are down here all safe nd sound. made good time too.
weather was mid 70's with s few drizzles. overall a very nice day.
we got to see some practice and qualifying for teh daytona prototypes. got about 70 pics and 3 mini vids.
time to get a shower and check out the hotel bar :)

to be honest it seems like ive seen him an avg of once a month over the last 6 months or so...and probably 3 of those times have been at meets where hes busy running around making sure everyones cozy ;) probably wouldnt have mattered anywayz as im broke as all hell...i dont have enough $ at this time to buy a Tshirt, so nevermind a trip anywhere.

I've been there one in the last 3 months, twice in the last 6...and I knew about it. :shrug:

In Bill's defense, I've been to every meet and seen Tim a couple times a month and I didn't know they were going down until he Craig had to put a rain check on my 6 pack of porter.
