Well... if passenger seat required... I can not enter.

NJSPEEDER 02-19-2005 02:10 PM

passenger seat is required in all classes. see if anyone has a spare around you can borrow for the day. they don't have to match, just have to be large enough for an adult.

james, if you wanna run, you can borrow my seat, ill just bring a ratchet and swap it in the lot.....

NJSPEEDER 02-19-2005 02:16 PM

that would be great, just get it in before you go to through tech. hell, there will be so many of us at teh hotel you guys can prolly do the swap there the night before or while waiting for the gates to open that morning.

Eh, ditch the rule

DieselKickYoAss4Sure 02-27-2005 08:01 PM

hey james nothing says that the seat cant be a little torn up

GP99GT 02-27-2005 08:09 PM

im not racing since i dont have an fbody, but that rule is pointless...why does it have to have a passenger's seat?

NJSPEEDER 02-27-2005 10:42 PM

because all of our class rules are based on a typical "street" car model. and part of that ideal model includes driver and passenger seats. it is a very common rule used in almost every special event at the area tracks. i know many times it is overlooked during tech, but it is a part of many of the popular events that we all attend.
