impossible to tell from those crapy pictures, but from what i can see....

headlights
bumper
bumper support
headlight panel *looks like its pushed into the rad
radiatior support
whatever the hood latch is attatched to
hood
airbags *which means a dash in 4th gens., airbag sensors

probably 4 tires

and it is MORE then likely that there is a crease somewhere in the floor, it just happens when unibodys hit things

for a quick point of reference.....

if you get all gm parts......all prices are approximations from what i paid

bumper 350
bumper support 150
headlights 100-150 each
hood 100-600 (slp or aftermarket)
AIRBAGS 500 for most auctions ive seen on ebay
probably another 400-500 for the miscelanious supports under there.
WINDSHIELD 250-400

PAINT 1000-4000

SO you could be paying up to 6-7 thousand including price of car, for a 140k car.........
you can buy uncrashed ones for that price range.

ok thanks ill ex that one off my list

If there are more good parts (seats, rear), I'd buy it and swap everything into a 3rd-gen. :)

WHat are you all talking about? That'll buff right out

if that car was under 1000, id buy it at the drop of a hat, but thats also considering i have/can get just about every part needed at dirt cheap prices, i got my connections. lol, but i'm most likely picking up a 98 camaro that wont run...for free

i just found out about it last night, a friend of a friend situation, its not definate yet, i still need to find out the details and all, i'll see what i do with it once i actually know for sure and have it. Â*
I'm at the point that i have a lot of peple out here in northern nj and nyc area with their ears open for f bodies so when they hear something, i get the heads up, also helps knowing many towing companys so when a junker or wreck comes in, i get a call, lol. Â*
Theres also a 98 v6 camaro in tenafly thats appears to have been hit hard in the rear and slammed into something then in the front. i'm sure insurance wise its a total loss, its sitting in the parking lot of my physical therapy office. I just havent been able to follow up on it, mainly i dont have room for another car yet. I still need to grab that 94 from my friend but too many cars, not enough room yet, and now the dahm snow...

Savage_Messiah 02-21-2005 11:10 AM

What street in Tenafly?

camaro2you 02-21-2005 11:46 AM
