Well for someone whose musical tastes usually include hard rock and heavy metal, I actually enjoyed my first trip to the Cafe. For those who havent been, and like to dance, and can cringe and bear the country western stuff, I recommend it. Wife had a good time, and thanked me later. :wink:

maybe we should have an "of-age" meet there some night...or an all ages meet on a sunday

they should be cool with it since they used to have car shows up there all the time

the only night people under 21 an go is a Sunday night, but my friends who are under 21 still come up there with us old folks and have a good time. Mechanical bull, pool, food, *****-kickin', and usually LOTS of nice looking ladies.

Damn this communistic gov't!

I used to go there all the time with my uncle on Sunday nights, havent been there in a few years, would love to go though now that i can drink :)

just lemme know any of you guys go up there and we'll make it a party. I live right across Rt. 22 from there.

its a fun place to go to for nascar sundays cheap wings and stuff, plus lots of things for sale. although that might only be for daytona races.

p.s. i want to try that mechanical bull :lol:

The DJ that night was a nut. Dancing around in his backwards baseball cap in the booth, swinging stuff around. He got so into one song he smashed his head into the back wall. After the crowd stopped laughing, he eased off the antics and just spun the tunes.

In the Watchung/Berkeley Heights area, up behind the Blue Star shopping center right off Route 22 West.
I used to work right around the corner from there for years on Valley Road.
