i seem to have a small leak in my turbo 400 trans when is sits. it apears the oil is coming from the trans breather tube on top of the case. the tube has a drop of oil on the end. it does not blow...

thats funny....not really but i have the same problem with my 99 concorde. sometimes i hold the key on and it acts like your issue. other times i have to try it several times until the starter kicks...

i think i found it. the valley pan silicone seal was very thin and weak at the front ds corner and down the driver side. i imagine that the initial launch popped the seal and as soon as i hit around...
