Anyone know about truck lift block design?
I am lifting my truck another 2 inches and am going to have new blocks fabricated for the back cause I know a guy who will do it cheap instead of me paying a lot from an aftermarket company. I know the dimensions of the block and the angle I want cut into it to correct my driveshaft angle.
What I don't know is about the holes that are supposed to be in it.....I think? There is a bolt coming up through my leaf pack and I'm assuming it must go into the top of the block on the other end. Does the bolt just sit into the top of the block or does it go all the way through from the bottom? There's also a bolt that goes into the bottom right? How deep are each of the holes if it isn't one that goes all the way through? I need to get these done ASAP so I can get tires and alignment next week. Any help is greatly appreciated.
