The basic idea behind it is that nothing at all matters to any woman except money and power. Â*And he goes into detailed reasons about why a girl would rather have a "bad boy" than a nice guy. Â*Not that I agree with what he says, but it's kind of ironic reading that then looking at your comment about not wanting a nice guy who isn't a bad boy too because you're validating his argument.
