I'd say Norris would win. the only way to find out would be to put them in some kinda MMA event, like UFC or Pride.
Speaking of Pride, i just recently started playing Pride Fighting Championships again on my PS2. I used to be really good at that game. I'm a little rusty, but I can still beat the crap out of the computer on "Hard". My created fighter is a pure wrestler (I used to wrestle back in high school and college). He can throw punches and kicks, but his main weapons are all wrestling moves. I don't usually knock anyone out. I get them to tap out 2 minutes into the match
