not broken, but yes improperly working if you are all for the w3 standards. microsoft refuses to follow w3 standards, but then again, they have added functionality that the w3's standards don't have yet. I should also add that the two most popular browsers to current have been ie and netscape, and neither gave a **** about w3 standards
