OK, I have just recently replaced the opti, and the ICM. The PCM has been reset after they both have been replaced. I hope they are not going again. What i will do is reset everything again, and get a new ICM and put it back in and see if this continues. I do not have a fax, but will check shoeboxes site when i get a free minute. Thanks
