tuesday was my day off, and karen and i went a-cruising through pennington down some farmy roads, took off the roof, looked at some mansions, and stopped at my grandfather's old house (he passed away a few years ago). I hadn't seen the house in about 5 years, and we pulled up the 18th mile driveway, (er at least, it's pretty damn long, you cant see the house til you are at the end, up a big hill) the people living there were outside, and i got out and introduced myself. i was hoping to only have to turn around but i was caught, haha. they invited us in though, man that brought back some memories, touring that old house, the 9 acres of land it's on. i almost cried, i missed it.

While the feeling of speeding is great and all, the rush of the danger of it is addictiing, sometimes i could just settle for a cruise in the sunset of a warm day, and for whatever reason, it always brings some kind of unplanned adventure for me, like ending up at my grandfather's old house. it was a really good night.
