Here's how you deal with 96-97 OBD-II Lt1's... you don't. You remove the pcm and put it in a safe place for inspection. Install a 94-95 pcm that's OBD-I and requires VERY little work to get running and you use TunerCat or call me. That's how you do it. I just convinced my buddy with his 96 imp SS and he's looking right now for an OBD-I pcm.
