some cars just tend to get false knock more then others...like kristens car i just got done tuning at 5000 rpms it would get a bunch of KR for no obvious reason, no matter how much timing i pulled it didnt even decrease so we had to desensitize them slightly...**** happens...thankfully she has the program so can do her own tuning from here on out but at the time there was no quick anwser to her problems...but her car just died once it hit 5000 rpms like a limiter or something...maybe a form of TM kicking in or something but there wasnt much i could do about it other then what I did. generally though i dont touch them if at all possible...its more of a last resort thing.
