OK, I know the I'm talking from an LT1 motor, but I had the Lingenfelter 211/219 cam in my LT1 and although it was a good street cam it lacked top end power. Cars with less head work and the 305 cam where making more power above 5000RPMs then I was.
I'll look for the dyno sheet, the motor pulled hard to 5300 then fell way off.
If your looking for low RPM power the 211/219 or 219/219 ( automatic ) is a good cam, but if you want to race I'd go with something different.
My best was 13.0 at 109mph with a 2.2 60' shifting @ 5700RPMs
