I wouldn't say permanent but it was really desolate out last night none the less. I take it they've been giving everyone the same talk. I didn't see barely anyone out or hanging out any place.
Apparently it's if they pass you and you are standing there and they make a round and come back and see you still standing around then they are "allowed" to do whatever it is. Which what he said was impounding your car for 3 days and tickets and this and that. And we did go into the Wawa and buy stuff anyway. I didn't really think they could do all that just for us standing around. And everytime we are there everyone goes into the Wawa or wherever and buys stuff.
The extra BS about last night was only the 3 of us got a talking to when the guys across the lot from us were there the same time we were and they were left alone. The cop also had a problem with Saint's "Camaro"
