Miracle Line-Up on 23 last night...
So I'm on a little cruise lookin for someone to mess with last night around nine, so I hop onto 23 south from 287. First car I see is a C5 vette so i get next to him and throw him a rev and nuthin... just kept lookin foward, so whatever, I keep drivin - 'bout 2 lights down the guy comes flyin past me doin about 100. I go to catch up (not flyin or anything) but on my way past the diner across from wayne lincoln-mercury I see a Mustang GT w/ side pipes and a RT-10 viper get on the road - they both punch it so we're all together at the light by the Rag Shop - I look in front of me at the light... an new GTO!!!! I couldnt believe my eyes. All of these cars - a C5 , a GTO, a Viper, a GT & my SS - all lined up - who knows how much horsepower!
Long story short... The vette and the mustang didnt want any - the guy in the GTO looked terrified & I end up runnin with the viper a couple of times to about 80 - with him a car length ahead at the start (bout 30 mph) I was on his door by the end of the runs.
Damn - if only more of my cruises were that fun!
