Check the wiring connections. If they're loose just a little bump in the driveway can cause it to cut out. That voltage is abnormally low... for a running engine. It's not low if that's what is measured while cranking!
How's the transmission running? Before I go to NH for a couple weeks I'd like to go to Atco. How's this Tuesday sound? I drive down there, you drive up, we do some tuning to get something to eat, then nothing but WOT tuning... so long as your transmission and TV cable are up to it
