ill probably go to action cycle, ive been there before. but I want to get the NJ permit anyway to be able to transport in NJ, like if the cops stop me dont i need to be able to show i have it, or if i ever want to run at the track? and with the cops, i can tell you right now, they will know right away that im set up for nitrous so hiding it is not an option, lets just leave it at that, lol.
