ive known about the collector registeration for a while, heres a tip i'll be using for my cars, get a spare speedo/cluster setup...when you go for inspection, throw it in, drive a lil, then pull it and rack up the mileage with no worries
switching the cluster mainly works on non-computer cars, but should work with digital displays too, as long as they dont hook up to the computer...
