the only thing that sucks is that its a bunch of kids word against the cops'. thats not gonna fly well in court. but when you do go, try to act all proper and stuff so the judge thinks your legit. take pictures of your car and stuff too. i got a lawyer for my reckless driving case and he helped out alot, if you are worried about points and such, i would definately recomend getting a good lawyer. just my 2 cents.
ps- dont sweat it cause not all cops are like that. i got pulled over last night doing double the limit, with no seat belt, blasting the radio, at like 2 am. he let me off with a noisy muffler ticket and said if i threw the stocker back on or took it to court he'd drop it for me, but couldnt let me off with nothing, so he gave me the most insignificant ticket he could find.
... so in conclusion, that cop was a huge testicle
