You asked so here it goes... I'd get a regulator and run a return line. Don't you already have a return line with your EFI? How exactly do you have your nitrous setup because I'm all confused about the 6psi, no regulator, no return line thing. Sounds to me like you're asking for a crappy low flow carb electric pump which has been proven to be crap. Anything "build" for high pressure is going to work really well at low pressure 8) .
On the same topic, why not tap into the supply line for the EFI and just jet the nitrous plate according to the new higher fuel pressure? I'd also run 2 intank walbro pumps. They've been proven with the GN guys deep into the single digits and very reliable.
