i work as a police dispatcher and am a supervisor and soon hope to be a police officer. 99% of the cops i work with are great guys and some of them i call good friends. Maybe you just happened to stumble across one that was having a bad day. You definately stepped over the line threatening his job and yelling that your mom was a judge. I can tell you for a fact that when i'm at work and someone says "oh yea my dad, brother, uncle, cousin, friend and so on" is a cop i really don't give a ****. Thats great for them but i help everyone equally, no one gets special treatment. And saying you'll have your revenge on him can ONLY get you arrested for disorderly conduct and your mom as she said will only be able to help you so much. You should just keep your mouth shut and appologize and if need be go talk to your mom to see what she can do. Whether you like it or not you are probably now on that guy's and a few others cops **** list. As for taking a officers job the PBA and FOB have much much more power than you can believe and it is EXTREMELY difficult, if not near impossible to have any effect on an officers career unless he did something terrible. I agree that officer did go to far but all you did was escalate the situation.
