hey gang,
has anyone contacted any of the restaurants in question about having a meet towards the end of september yet?
we really need to get this locked in with in the next week or so. that way we have time to get the word out so that everyoen can plan to attend.
when contacting places:
must have good parking, must be open to all ages, must be able to set seating/section aside for us together.
what they will want to know:
we have never had any incidents at a meet, we generally bring about 30 people and 20 or so cars, we tip well
, we are a 570+ member club
